1. Pre-registration for classes is not required but encouraged. Be mindful when registering to check for the class location as we gave 2 studios. 

  2. Due to limited capacity and demand, we are implementing a No Show and Late Cancellation policy: 

    • No Show: Your Drop-In class class will be deducted from your account, Class Pack, or 5 Class Monthly Membership. If you are on the New Client Special, you will be charged a $25 no show fee. No exceptions. No Show & Late Cancellation fees help fund our scholarships.

    • You can cancel up to 3 hours before class begins. Class cancellations can be done via Mindbody or by emailing us at hi@nowyogapdx.com (do not call us to cancel - all calls go to voicemail). Failure to update your reservation within 3 hours of class will result in one class deducted from your Class Pack or 5 Class Monthly Membership or a $25 charge for those on the New Client Special. No exceptions. No Show & Late Cancellation fees help fund our scholarships.

    • Please note that No Show and Late Cancellation fees do NOT apply to Unlimited Monthly Members.

  3. If you are sick or under the weather, please stay home. This applies to teachers too. Anyone displaying symptoms of illness will kindly be asked to leave. 

  4. Masks are optional for both teachers and students.

  5. In-Studio Vaccination Policy: Optional however we highly encourage our entire community to get vaccinated and stay up to date on all COVID-19 vaccinations. If you would like to send in your proof of vaccination, you may email a copy of your vaccination record to hi@nowyogapdx.com and we will note your vaccination status on your Mindbody account.

  6. Doors open 15 minutes before class start time. We need time to clean before and after classes. 

  7. Remove your shoes once you enter the building. 

  8. Sanitize your hands as soon as you enter the building (hand sanitizer stations are by the front door). 

  9. Bring your own water bottle. We have water dispensers available for use.

  10. Students may opt-in for hands-on assists with an assist chip in-studio. This does not guarantee you will receive an assist.

  11. Memberships, Class Packs, and New Client Specials cannot be shared or transferred.

  12. All sales are final unless noted otherwise.
